『Xperia™ GX』は、国内Xperia™ シリーズとして初めて超高速通信「Xi（クロッシィ）」に対応し、最大75Mbpsの受信速度を実現。快適なインターネット体験を、高解像度・高 精細な約4.6インチのHD“Reality Display”でお楽しみいただけます。さらにおサイフケータイ®にも対応。デザインでは、「Xperia™ arc」で好評だったアーク形状を採用。最薄部約8.6mmのスリムなボディラインとマットな質感で、手に吸い付くような触り心地と持ちやすさを実現して います。

Xperia X10 also has a track record.
That was allowed to spread to Android in Japan.
Xperia GX is the latest work in this Xperia series.

In Japan, Xperia NX of the previous model was released in the name of Sony EricssonSony Ericsson.
Xperia GX in Japan will be the first release of the mobile as Sony.

Competing products in the lineup of DoCoMo will be Galaxy S III of Samusung.
Both offer similar specs.
So one would be good 2GB of RAM just found the Galaxy S III.
